Indonesia is somehow so obsessed in making the new capital to be prominent world-class city where global talents are living. To achieve this goal, National Capital Authority (NCA) together with international partners build Exelixia, which means had been developed or had been formed in Greek (Εξέλιξηα). Park Young-jae, former resident of SKY Castle whose family's tragic story documented in [Good bye, Sky Castle] studied psychological counseling to help students and teenagers avoiding similar tragedy. He thinks there is possibility that ultra-competitive Exelixia may unwittingly repeat the tragedy of SKY Castle, while immersed in celebrations of prestige. Therefore he decides to go for Exelixia, as he tries his best to prevent the possibly upcoming dangers.​
