Tim realizes that she is afraid to leave the building because Cedar Oaks was all she knew. He was able to convince her to leave, and brought her to South Bay General for medical attention. The doctor informs Joan and Meg that they don't have the proper equipment to treat Hank's head injury because of the quake. Ben offers to fly the Liberty Corporation's helicopter up to San Francisco to get the equipment that Hank needs. Meg lets Ben go to get the equipment for her father, but not before she makes him promise that he'll return to her safely.
