Basil rubs it and out comes a 'huge blue man' (called a Meanie) who requests three wishes. Now Basil has to grant the Meanie the three wishes or else the Meanie will stay in the flat for 'all eternity'. The problem now is simple. To get rid of him. Finally they finish the 3 tasks and find out about his past. He finally leaves by getting the kettle stolen.
