Now he has become one of Britain's most sought-after singer/composers. Recently he won the Anthony Asquith Memorial Award for his film music for "O Lucky Man!" In this "Omnibus" musical documentary he revisits the North East, which has inspired much of his work, and in London he rehearses, records and performs new songs which reflect the changes in his life and attitudes after ten years as a professional musician.
