Highway tries to stop them, but he fails. Ashamed, Highway turns in his badge. Later on, Highway gets kidnapped and held captive by Turbo Tu-Tone in his garage. Shortly afterward he escapes to bag Turbo, gets his badge back, and uses Turbo's speed suit to arrest the other crooks in record time.
