Is this trip really necessary?" and speeds down the road, eventually running out of gas and ending up in a salvage yard. He decides to steal gasoline from the wrecked vehicles in the lot, but this leads to a chase with a policeman and a large explosion. Both Woody and the policeman end up in heaven, where the cop leaves the "Wing Rationing Board" with a small pair of wings and continues to chase Woody.
