Kimber is jealous of all the attention Jem gets in the video shoot. Eric offers Kimber a solo contract. Kimber declines, but later feels unappreciated and decides to leave the Holograms. The Holograms go to Kimber's favorite radio station and express their appreciation for her. Fortunately, she hears them, and the band makes up. Meanwhile, Ashley, one of the Starlight girls, grows angry with Jerrica and the Holograms and makes friends with the Misfits.
