In the middle of the night, he accidentally scares an already intimidated Muck, who mistakes him for a ghost! In the commotion, the hydraulic jacks for the construction project are ruined. Muck comes up with an idea for how Bob and his team can get the garage finished before Mayor Snipe arrives.
