Mais When we say that our new feature is a fantasy adventure tale full of strange creatures, with a small but brave hero who quests across dangerous terrain, including a volcano, all while showing off the grand landscapes of New Zealand, obviously there’s only one movie that comes to mind: The Monster’s Christmas! The hero in question is a little girl named “Girl.” Oh, those wacky New Zealanders and their zany names! On Christmas Eve, she falls asleep reading a children’s book called The Monster’s Christmas (not an actual book, we checked) and goes on to dream her way through an adventure that’s about 95% monster and maybe 5% Christmas.
