Oso is to hold on to the rope as he gets pulled along. However, Oso doesn't pay any attention to Dotty's warning of a bridge up ahead, and he crashes in to it and loses his grip on the rope. That's when he gets a special alert. A boy, Santiago, has gotten a pet goldfish he called Swimmy. His dad wants to show him how to feed him, but his baby brother needed a diaper change. Can Oso teach Santiago how to feed his goldfish by himself?
