Boeing poured one quarter of its worth into a demonstration model to take the lead in the world as passenger freighting machines. Highlights include when Tex Johnston does a barrel roll over Washingtons Lake in a Boeing 707, a fairly illustrious aircraft, angering the powers that be at Boeing's head office.
