Mais For a living, Meatball Charlie's selling meatballs from a cart, with Jungo and Rita as entertainers. But without the right permits, he has to leave that trade and decides to head for home. On the road, a circus Ringmaster discovers Jungo's and Rita's juggling talents and hires the trio for his show. Being in the audience, Smutz and Blitz discover Jungo and call the General. It doesn't take him long to get to Europe in his jet, and when escaping him, Rita and Jungo have to part from Charlie. They take flight in a ruined building, where they get help from an Elf with magical talents. They join him on his journey to the north, to the King Elf's castle...
