Meanwhile, Kathi decides to participate in an open mike night comedy contest at the local diner. And Colt and Jack have a funeral for Colt's pet fish, an Angelfish named Clarence. Later, Colt visits Darcy and Harpo commenting he would love to have another pet, and asks if he can adopt Harpo, Darcy agrees.
