She brings her fiancé, Kentaro, to Togo Memorial Hospital so that Dr. Seto can explain that Nanako has only one ovary left. Despite the doubts he was having, Kentaro still decides to marry her. After a few days, Nanako gets admitted to the hospital and the doctors suspect a brain disease. Will she survive to get her happily ever after? Meanwhile, the president decides to reform the hospital into a hospice care hospital for the elderly.
