This brings him to work in a new hospital, Amakasu General Hospital. He meets Mr. Kikujima, a world renowned photographer, and tries to find the cause for his severe headaches when everyone else believes it's the rupture of an aneurysm. He also meets his childhood friend, Amakasu An who stood up for him when he was bullied during his childhood.
