Amakasu wants to perform IVR for Sari, a girl who is admitted to the hospital with blood vessel leak... Mais Amakasu wants to perform IVR for Sari, a girl who is admitted to the hospital with blood vessel leakage in her liver. Dr. Kaburagi insists on performing laparotomy which would leave a scar on her body. Amakasu feels hopeless because she lacks experience in the treatment and has to give in to Dr. Kaburagi's decision. When another patient is admitted into the hospital and requires the same treatment, the radiology team teams up with Amakasu and performs the impossible.
