He continues full steam ahead to remake and transform the hospital, which pits him against Suzan. On the other hand, a patient with "broken heart syndrome" comes to the hospital and makes Derin and Aras question both their relationship and their beliefs, while Ali Haydar and Andaç push all the conditions for a child patient and even go outside the hospital borders.
