Mais Shelly, a model, is cleaning up after a photo session, when a man she's been blackmailing turns up. He drowns her in the sink, but her body turns up in Lake Michigan. The coroner quickly spots she had soap in her lungs. Her modelling agency isn't very helpful, but gives Frank some information. He's aided by an eager young chap who knew her.
