Bingo raises a bet with Catchum that Montgomery would win the rowboat race. When Montgomery loses Catchum gets the Clubhouse. Bingo tries to stop the bet but winds up in a caboose careening away. It's up to the Get Along Gang to team up and stop it.
Montgomery builds a robot for the local science fair. Catchum trying to outdo Montgomery creates his own via the use of his pal Leland. When Catchum loses he gets revenge buy rewiring Montgomery's robot and causing it to go beserk.
