Mais When Maria told them that she wouldn't sign the papers, Meg accused her of having planned not to give Ben the divorce all along, but then Maria insisted that she didn't sign the papers because their divorce wouldn't happen fast enough that way. She told them that she had booked flights for them to the Dominican Republic for a quickie divorce and then for Ben and Meg to Venice the next day for their wedding. When Meg asked why she was in such a hurry, she said that the woman that Ben had moved on, and that she had better do the same. When Meg went upstairs, Maria told Ben that Meg had better treat him right, or she'd be back. Maria told Carmen that she and Ben were going to the Dominican Republic to get a divorce. Carmen insisted that their marriage was not over. A woman looked up Ben's address in the phone book.
