An honored Valiant takes Arn and Rowanne with him to the town to begin his duties. It's not long, though, before he learns how difficult it is to uphold both the letter of the law and the cause of justice. This dilemma comes to a head when Sir Bryant is accused of high treason by the town's mayor.
