Dr. Koizumi, a friend of Dr. Gilmore and a weapons specialist, is kidnapped. 009, 007 and 004 go to ... Mais Dr. Koizumi, a friend of Dr. Gilmore and a weapons specialist, is kidnapped. 009, 007 and 004 go to a strange mansion in search of him. A fascinating lady greets them. She says she lives alone waiting for her husband to return. 007 is charmed and feels sorry for her, while 009 and 004 feel something strange about her but they can do nothing but head back without any clue. During the night, they creep into the mansion again. Suddenly a carpet on the floor attacks them like a living creature. They narrowly escape but a hall with pins, a crushing wall, and a labyrinth are obstacles they must overcome, trap after trap keep on coming! The mansion turns out to be a giant mechanized robot and, in fact, it is 0012. The heroes kill her and escape but unfortunately they didn't find Dr. Koizumi.
