Mais A boy genius' mainframe computer system named "Chip" accidentally took control of Buzzbomb when he tries to steal a priceless diamond from the school's art museum. To correct his mistake, Dr Badvibes attempts to make friends with the whizkid so that he can regain control of Buzzbomb and have him once again steal the priceless diamond and take control of the COPS computer systems along the way.
