Tucker interviews Harold Ickes on Howard Dean assuming the chairmanship of the Democratic National Committee this Saturday. Ickes was a former deputy chair of the DNC, a Clinton White House advisor, and currently heads Hillary Clinton's political action committee. Ickes considered seeking the DNC chairmanship, but is supporting Dean.
