Blaire tries to become the leader of Radio Active even though Morgan emphasized that there shouldn't be a leader for team, and even if there were, it definitely would not be Blaire. When Ms. Atoll suggested that there should be someone in command of the group, and she would pick the most eligible member. To defeat all of his opponents, he encourages Roger to become his ""ASSISTANT LEADER"" once he is acknowledged as leader of Radio Active.
