Mais When Hooker, Stacy and Corrigan aid in the stake-out of a money counterfeiting operation, Corrigan accidentally shoots dead an informant in the crossfire, while the head of the ring escapes. The shooting leaves a remorseful Corrigan questioning his choice of career, something that deepens even more when he is later forced to shoot a man involved with the counterfeiting ring who takes a hostage. The two fatal shootings leave the veteran Officer seriously considering leaving the force and taking a job offered to him by the woman he may choose to spend the rest of his life with. As the hunt for the counterfeiters continues, Hooker and Stacy try to convince him otherwise...
