Mais Uncle Bill leaves Cissy in charge of babysitting the twins, but neglects her duties when Gregg takes her on a plane trip to Dartmouth. Cissy calls for a sitter for the twins and leaves but when the sitter cannot make it, the twins have to stay ll by their lonesome. Especially on the night of a blizzard, which would be totally scary if the phone lines are down and nobody can reach them. Cissy then comes home around dawn. Uncle Bill returns home and Buffy fesses up.
