Mais Kazuki Fuuchouin gets hurt in an explosion after fighting a student who learned at the West Fuuchouin school. He disguised himself until as Kazuki and tried to do away with Himiko. Himiko becomes a Wire Doll and attacks Kazuki. After Himiko is rescued, Juubei shows up and injures Kazuki. Kazuki's out for awhile, but is found by a doctor's granddaughter. (who confuses him for a girl) She takes him to her father who helped build the Limitless Fortress.
