Below them the three tiers of the waterfall made up a vertical drop of 70 metres. One by one, the contestants abseiled down the falls with Shannan or Michelle. Although nervous at first, the Biggest Losers ended up enjoying themselves, with Shannon even stopping on the way down to admire the scenery.
