To find out more about breakfast traditions around the world Poh shares amazing meals with her Indian friend Ragini Dey and Moroccan restaurateur Mohamed Bartaouch. She also invites Emmanuel Mollois into the kitchen to demonstrate the French art of dipping bread into hot chocolate. So what do you cook a Frenchmen who’s visiting for breakfast? Crepes of course! And just to make sure no-one starts the day hungry, Poh throws in a soft boiled egg with parmesan soldiers for good measure.
