Ding Chang Wang loses his memory after a brutal robbery that also leaves him half dead and a pale shadow of his past self as far as intelligent behaviour is concerned. Through a misunderstanding he later ends up in another family that takes him to be their lost son, and through a sleight of hand manoeuvre manage to get him married to the good-hearted Leng Cai Feng. Can the moron-transformed but honest-hearted Wang win the trust of his bride, regain his memory and switch back to his normal state again?
