This is a place of lush mountains, turquoise waters and rolling vineyards - it's even hailed as the new Tuscany. Here Gino visits an ancient vineyard where he makes a sumptuous sweet treat to go with their famous red wine. After visiting the medieval hilltop town of Castelfidardo to see the world's largest accordion he takes to the water to get the best view of this spectacular stretch of coast. And it's with this backdrop that he cooks the classic Italian version of Macaroni cheese- paccheri quattro formaggi.
