Ryo gets a hold of his medical records, looks up "gliobastoma", and realizes he will die soon. He beats up his doctor and has a screaming meltdown on public transportation. Nonomura accidentally finds out that Hachimura is harassing Ryo for the 300 million yen, and they tentatively team up to get it from Ryo. Ryo and Eiko sleep together again and Ryo flushes her money down the toilet and gives her a swirlie. Nonomura offers to buy Ryo a private island where they can live their ultimate gay fantasy lifestyle. Ryo's sister Izumi, who is disabled and lives in a state facility, is miserable, so he finally goes to see her.
