Despite all the objections of her family, newly graduated military nurse Aylin goes to Şırnak, where her older brother Erol was martyred, as her first place of duty. Aylin hopes to meet with Metin, her lover and Erol's best friend, whom she lost track of years ago after her brother's death. Aylin's path crosses with General Surgeon Oğuz, who came to Şırnak to do his military service with the rank of Medical Lieutenant in this unknown geography...
