She discovers that the couple running him is unaware of the date with her. As she was leaving, troubled and disappointed to have come from Bordeaux for nothing, she received a text message from the number that had set up this fake appointment for her. The message tells him to go to a coffee shop and read the day's paper. When Lola opens the newspaper, she learns that a terrible and unsolved murder took place twenty-five years ago in this small town in Brittany. The body of a young woman, Manon Jouve, was found at the foot of a cliff. Lola is shocked to discover a striking resemblance to the victim.
