He has converted himself into a half-human, half-robot being like Cyborg. He plans to do the same thing to all his students as he did to himself, thus making them unable to escape his mind control, ever. Cyborg must fight and rescue the Titans East and stop Brother Blood and even with the help of Robin and the others, it will be no easy task.
