Mais Repeatedly child abuse-convicted Karel Dooms is reported missing by miss Allaerts, his pregnant partner since a year, who ignored his past. To the colleagues' horror, Nick had just distributed pamphlets to all Dooms's neighborhood's families illegally denouncing his criminal record. The supervising magistrate just suspends him and still delays punishment after he illegally tracked down, with Vince's reluctant help, and finds the corpse of Ludo Walreat, an abuser who recently contacted Dooms. So Nick heads for a final confrontation with Dooms and a surprising third law-breaker.
