A remote island slightly south of Honshu. The dormitory "Tsugumi Dormitory", which was renovated from the old school building, was home to Wataru Hoshino, the only male dormitory student, and several female dormitory students as the number of dormitory students decreased. The dormitory is rumored to be a nautical harem by the islanders. Transfer students who came during this period are also involved, and while sometimes repelling, they spend happy days.
