A Russian immigrant with a dream, a Portuguese-American cook with a treasured family recipe and a food truck entrepreneur trying to make his father proud compete to get their international food products on supermarket shelves across the country. After receiving advice from the mentors, the cooks head into the kitchen to revamp their recipes in only 90 minutes. As the tension heats up in the kitchen, one cook discovers he has to make some tough decisions to bring his costs down, while another refuses to tweak her perfect recipe. The cooks' revamped dishes are presented to a focus group of food bloggers.
